GAI’s 1,800 square foot laboratory is proof of our commitment to the scientific method.

Our state-of-the-art exam room offers everything from a smoke hood to a circuit breaker test station, or a digital oscilloscope to a microhmmeter.

GAI offers opinions which are firmly grounded in the science and testing needed to render reliable testimony.

GAI’s laboratory is also available for rental by investigators looking for a state of the art facility to conduct evidence examinations.

The old adage, “The right tools for the right job”, is as true in forensic engineering as it is in any trade. We have everything a well equipped laboratory needs for product disassembly, comprehensive testing, and microscopic inspection.

Electrical Testing

GAI runs hundreds of tests a year using state of the art equipment. We have functionally tested a range of items, from small solid-state relays to 480 Volt, three-phase industrial equipment.

Fire science and litigation is complex. We make it simple by running fire tests that demonstrate how a fuel package and heat source can result in ignition. Our video productions have been very persuasive in jury trials and arbitration panels.
